Meet Golden Guide Dog Lindy Lou

This is Tom Kehr and his Golden Guide, Lindy Lou, very happy partners that live in Schuylkill Haven, Pennsylvania. Their love shines through in this photo which was taken at the guide dog school a few days before their successful graduation in May 2001. According to Tom, this is the reason for the big smile: "It's from the Golden High I get when my little girl is beside me! I grin from ear to ear when we are walking down the street together."

Tom is doubly blessed, as he still has his retired 12-year-old Golden Guide, Samuel, by his side [March 2003]. I'm hoping to have a photo of this special guy soon!
