I doubt if it's
possible for our sweet Golden Alfie to get any more comfortable than you see him
below. Luxuriating on his all leather bed—seeming to
be on Cloud Nine—he is certainly the picture of
contentment. We have had this wonderful bed for several years, it first being
the chosen haven of our Darcy. Honestly, these beds seem to last forever, the

Since every single bed is custom made upon order, your Cloud Nine dream purchase may take up to
3 weeks for delivery. But, trust us, when we
say the wait will be well worth it. The company has actually never had an unhappy
customer!
Dogs, and especially
Goldens, have a high tolerance for pain and are not inclined to complain about
things such as comfort or mild pain. But, just like in their 2-legged
humans, pain or discomfort can be traced
back to sleeping conditions.
Comfortable and supportive beds do make a difference and are especially noticeable in older dogs.
A leather bed certainly will increase the quality of
your dog's life. Dogs are living longer and getting less exercise which has caused
an increase in old age related illnesses. Other than
medication, a quality dog bed is the most prescribed treatment for elderly,
injured and large breed dogs. Be sure beds are big enough to accommodate your
dog, that is, with room for him or her to turn around. |
 Easy
Care and Maintenance
It is essential to the life of your Luxury Leather dog bed that it
be cleaned
regularly. An accumulation of dirt and grease over a
period of time is not only undesirable, but obviously the longer it is left, the
more difficult it will be to remove.
Regular cleaning can be done simply by using a damp
cloth, taking care not to soak the leather as this could damage it.
Modern
leathers are not required to be “fed” and therefore the temptation to apply
saddle soap or wax polishes should be avoided. Spray polishes should be avoided
at all costs as these contain silicone, and after a period of time will produce
a sticky surface.
It is vital that any cleaning fluid that does not state that it can be used on
leather should not be used. Many of these cleaners have a high alkaline content
and can be particularly harmful.
It is also important that the methods for
cleaning shoe leather do not apply to your “Leather Luxury” dog bed, and
therefore wax polishes should be avoided.

tremendous generosity. I hope that in writing this note,
others will see what a fantastic organization you have,
and how your foundation's store is not only reputable
but goes above and beyond. A couple months ago I
ordered a leather bed from Cloud 9 through your
foundation for my 11-year-old Golden, Kodee. I wanted
her to be as comfortable as possible as she fights the
cancer that has invaded her body. The bed arrived and it
was perfect. Kodee loved the bed as did her Golden buddy
Mattie.
Unfortunately, Kodee had an accident that left the bed
soiled with urine and feces. I contacted Rochelle to see
if she had any cleaning suggestions and she immediately
contacted Cloud 9 for help. Instead of help arriving in
the form of emailed cleaning recommendations, I received
a package from the company, completely replacing the
inner pillow.
I was stunned. Rochelle informed me that the owner of
Cloud 9 has had dogs who also had cancer and he just
wanted to be of help. Most companies take weeks to
respond, but Rochelle got back to me the very same day
and the replacement bed arrived within a couple of
weeks.
