When writing your story it may be helpful to provide background regarding the diagnosis, the types of treatments utilized (e.g., chemotherapy, radiation, nutritional, Chinese herbs, etc.), and the response to these various treatment modalities. es are typically an emotional roller-coaster—treatment successes, remissions, and also failures encountered along the way. So, sharing your thoughts on how you personally survived this formidable battle may reassure others that they, too, can stand up to the challenge.
