Goldens Rocket and Sizzle
This is a picture of Topbrass Red Hot "Rocket" in his Search & Rescue uniform. It was taken at the airport on his way to a Louisiana Search & Rescue training seminar in September 1997. Rocket and his owner, Elane Flower-Maudlin, belong to the Los Alamos Mountain Canine Corp.

And, here is one of Rocket's daughters. Her name is Sizzle. Sizzle's mom was a black Lab search dog on Elane's team. She had 10 pups with Rocket and five are now doing the noble job of Search & Rescue. 

Here is Sizzle at work. She just had found a young girl that had run away from her rural home. Three other non-dog searchers had actually checked the abandoned house by going into it and calling for her, but the child was hiding. It finally took a SAR dog to locate her. Yea Sizzle!!
